A recent tweet reply by the official account of CryEngine points to future support of the Nintendo Switch. Now, before you go shouting “CRYSIS IS COMING TO SWITCH YO!!!11!!”, allow me to give you a bit of background.
Warhorse Studios is a Czech game development studio that has recently released Kingdom Come Deliverance, an impressive medieval RPG built with one of the most capable engines in the world, CryEngine. In a recent post by Daniel Vávra, the founder of Warhorse Studios, I tweeted the following:

and out of the blue, the official verified account of CryEngine replied:
We would love to support all platforms but we have no details right now. Stay tuned to our official channels for any updates on this in the future. Be sure to check out our roadmap at https://t.co/j7JZ8f2tIK

With the incredible success the Nintendo Switch is having and the crazy things developers are pulling off on it, it wouldn’t be a surprise if CryEngine support is coming in the near future. So just like the tweet reply said, stay tuned for official updates in the future.
