Google wants to jump into the smart home ecosystem with its new smart speaker. Home is a smart assistant which will sit in your living room ready to obey your every voice command. It will support many partners and of course other Google products like Google Calendar. It looks a lot like Amazon Echo though.

After the relative success of carboard, which has 50 million app installs, Google decided to create a more solid VR platform to integrate with the oncoming Android N smartphones. They also announced that a standalone headset will be on its way soon. (They showed us blueprints and it looks a lot like oculus)

Google is stepping up the game with its new chat app. Allo comes with many fresh new features which help the user express his feelings in a more creative and easy way. Allo also integrates a smart artificial intelligence system which comes with predictive text and some other features.

There’s a new Android build for your wrist. Android Wear 2.0 looks a lot cleaner and nicer. It comes with an improved user interface, a smoother handwriting recognition and a new keyboard. We will see Android Wear 2.0 in the oncoming Wearable devices from a variety of manufacturers.
