…video streaming in HD has a different sense
A very good solution if you need to buy a not so expensive tablet, but with some staff that lack. Lenovo Tab 2 A7-30 was released on April of 2015 and it comes with Android v4.4.2 operating system, 1GB RAM, a 3450 mAh battery(!)and it’s 7 inches. Let’s see what lacks again.
1. No 4G connectivity
Web browsing(including social media, YouTube etc) is at the top of the list of the main operations that smartphone users do. 4G stands for “4th generation” mobile data protocol and it provides to the users the opportunity to do these operations with the fastest mobile Internet experience. However, Lenovo Tab 2 does not support 4G LTE.
2. Touch problems
That’s something that as users mentioned, can be resolved either with reset factory settings or some updates, but the thing is that the device comes with that problem. Also, some people mentioned that their devices still have that problem even with the reset of the factory settings or update. Ghost touches, lagging, dead spots, the need to press what you want for second time, are the issues on touchscreen that users noticed.
3. Non removable battery
If you want to replace Lenovo Tab 2 battery then you should bring it to an expert. When the battery is destroyed, you can’t replace it on your own or change it whenever you want to. If you want to remove the battery when your phone is stuck and needs to be restarted, then you can’t.
4. Bad camera position
This may sound a bit weird. Usually, phones whose rear camera is not positioned in the centre but it’s close to the edge of the phone’s back side, make it easier for the users to put their finger(s) in front of the camera and destroy photos or videos. I think that users should take that into account.
5. HD video absence
Video streaming in HD has a different sense. However, Lenovo Tab 2 A7-30 does not provide HD video streaming not even in 720p, something bad if you think how many videos users are watching through their tablets or smartphones. Yes, I know it’s a cheap tablet but in my opinion we are in an age that HD video quality should be a standard specification.
