Samsung Galaxy s6 .Beautiful, elegant, a jewel, an almost perfect smartphone…and an iPhone copycat. Although it bothers us we are not going to cover the fact that Samsung tried to copy the design of iPhone but we are going to inform you about the top 5 complaints that users have for this phone.
1. Battery is not user Replaceable
We begin with the obvious step backward. There hasn’t been a single Samsung user that wasn’t disappointed with this change. For the sake of its design Samsung decided that it would be fine to make a static, not replaceable battery…Well it is NOT!!! Samsung has lost a major advantage that it used to have over their competitors. Good job Samsung.
2. Lacks micro SD slot for storage expansion
Samsung has really made some poor decisions this time. Users loved the fact that you could change your storage capacity to the amount you desired. It used to be a huge advantage over the rival smartphones but now Samsung made the same mistake as their competitors. They forced a limited predefined memory over its users. Although we expect this feature to return, Samsung must understand that design isn’t everything.
3. Battery life is not good enough.
You would think that after taking away the feature of the replaceable battery Samsung would make an effort to improve the battery life of its smartphone. Well they haven’t. Users complain that the battery life of galaxy s6 is terrible and it lasts only for a few hours. Oh well, you could always replace your battery…oh. Wait…yeah…
4. Touch wiz
And now, something new, something unpredictable ,something you would never expect, Touch wiz appears to be… laggy!!! Samsung has given so match effort on improving its UI it is almost sad. Although users report that it has major improvements over the previous versions it is still pathetic that Samsung can’t come up with a UI that doesn’t have lag issues.
5. Overpriced
There were a few more complaints that we could mention but we chose this one over the others. Samsung used to have three major advantages over its rival, the iPhone. a) Replaceable battery b) micro SD expansion and finally c) affordable price. Like the first two, the third one, affordable price, is no longer the case. Galaxy s6 in our opinion is overpriced and not as affordable as it used to be.
