One of the best and definitely the most stylish and good looking phone in the market.
Samsung’s Galaxy S6 Edge comes with a spectacular and innovative design. It is really beautiful and it has in every aspect of it a great touch of elegance and a character that is very difficult to find in other devices. That makes it very unique and special, and like its sibling (Samsung Galaxy s6) is a very complete and powerful smartphone that combines everything that someone would like to have on a smartphone. However, with a closer look, what would someone spot?
1. Expensive…Really expensive
We once mentioned that the Samsung Galaxy s6 is beautiful, elegant and a jewel to have. All these fit to its sibling here and if the S6 is a jewel, the S6 Edge is an expensive and luxurious jewel. It is for sure more attractive and with a more innovative design, mostly because of the curved screen. On everything else, though, they are almost identical. It costs though much more. Why? We also mentioned once that the Samsung Galaxy s6 is a bit of overpriced. So, we have to say here that the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is over-overpriced.
2. No stereo speakers
Samsung’s Galaxy S6 Edge, is in a category that details matter. Stereo speakers are not even a detail. It is kind of critical, after paying that amount of money, to feel the quality on everything that the device have. Multimedia quality is vital, especially for expensive devices like this one that are trying to reach the ‘ideal’ and they are fighting for the title of the best.
3. Lack of a micro SD slot
So, multimedia quality is vital. Except the stereo speakers, it is believed that the S6 Edge reaches very high standards. It has a camera that is one of the best and we don’t have to say anything about its fantastic screen. As a result, for every entertaining use of the device is needed storage space. The more someone uses it the more he/she needs to store things. It is a pity for a device like this to have issues on entertainment use.
4. Battery is disappointing
It holds the same battery with its sibling. And as it is noticed there, the battery life is not good enough. The same complains that users have about the S6 apply here too. And I am starting to wonder, is it a device based on quality? Is it that luxurious? It is a beautiful jewel to have, but does it worth?
5. No user-replaceable battery
It wasn’t enough that the battery is not so good, it isn’t even replaceable. When you use that phone you are forced not to swap batteries. So if you plan to use the phone extensively, for about a long period of time, all you have to do is changing plans. And in long term, if something happens with the battery, we don’t know what is all you have to do but is definitely not just replacing the battery.
