Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet

…I think that type of UI could make some people happier but…

A really good Tablet with good performance and a really good battery life. It was released in June of 2015 but we have already noticed some staff that made us open our laptops and start writing a BadFive article. I don’t want to be rude, I have already mentioned that it is a really good tablet.

1. Don’t expect the best camera
Sony equips most of its devices (especially smartphones) with very good cameras: Xperia Z3 with 20.1 megapixels, Xperia Z5 with 23 megapixels and so on. I can’t say the same with Xperia Z4 Tablet because its rear camera is only 8.1 megapixels and users don’t seem to be satisfied according to their comments. Also there’s no flash.

2. Its Bluetooth keyboard lacks
Yeah I know that Bluetooth keyboard is just an optional purchase but many people may buy it and they should be informed about it right? In addition, for some purchases that keyboard is a packet with the device. Anyway, that keyboard is made of a frail plastic which you are afraid to type because may be destroyed. Poor.. poor quality.

3. A bit expensive
Sony Xperia Z4 tablet without LTE and only WIFI is about $700. Don’t you think that is a bit overpriced for a device that does not support LTE? Yeah, you can say that some people don’t need LTE to their tablet but still. I can’t say that is a bad tablet. It comes with full HD video streaming, 32 GB internal memory, 3GB RAM and micro SD, but I think that these types of tablets should not be so expensive. For the story, Xperia Z4 tablet with LTE and the Bluetooth keyboard is about $850. I don’t know, maybe with the same money you can make another better purchase. Write to comments what you think.

4. Powerful battery but..
Z4 is equipped with 6000 mAh lithium Polymer NON-REMOVABLE battery, seems very powerful ha? Indeed, after some tests Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet made good scores. The thing is that its charging is very slow, it needs a long time to be 100% full. Also, for that price a wireless charger should be included.

5. User Interface (Controversial)
Some people don’t seem to be satisfied with Sony’s unnamed user interface. Sony provides a different UI than other usual Android devices and some people really like that. But as I mentioned, some users want the “mainstream” UI that Samsung, LG etc provides. It is not so “Google” UI but is Android. I think that type of UI could make some people happier but as I said, it’s controversial.
