Today Vivo has announced the first smartphone in the world which is equipped with 6GB RAM. It’s something that millions of tech fans were waiting for and finally this is real.
Vivo Xplay 5 comes in two versions, Vivo Xplay 5 and Vivo Xplay 5 Elite. The first one comes with 4GB RAM and in a more affordable price and Elite with the great amount of 6GB RAM. Both have the same dimensions and battery capacity. The main difference of the two is the CPU. The Elite version is equipped with Dual-core 2.15 GHz Kryo & dual-core 1.6 GHz Kryo and chipset Qualcomm MSM8996 Snapdragon 820. Vivo Xplay 5 comes with Quad-core 1.8 GHz Cortex-A72 & quad-core 1.4 GHz Cortex-A53 and the chipset Qualcomm MSM8976 Snapdragon 652. Also, the design of them looks like a combination of Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge and iPhone 6S. I am really curious what comments users will post about the design. We will see..
In addition, Vivo does not provide us details about the market availability so we cannot mention anything about it.
The prices of the devices are 4288 yuan and 3698 yuan.
